Shipping 

All orders are shipped by USPS

3-5 Business days once scanned by usps

 

Processing Time 

1-7 Business Days not including holidays. Once package is shipped, an email with a confirmation will be sent along with the tracking information. 

Shipping Address Mistakes 

If you provided an incorrect address please contact us at info@nuvanaturale. If your order has been already shipped, unfortunately we no longer have control of your package and can contact usps for more information 

If your order was returned due to incorrect address please contact us at info@nuvanaturale. We can refund your order with a stocking fee of 5% of your order or reship your order with an additional shipping fee.

If your shipping address comes up invalid or does not exist we will attempt to contact you for a valid shipping address. If we can not get in contact with you and do not have a valid shipping address your order will be cancelled in 48hrs.
